Beck will present on prefabrication/modular construction including case studies from the Texas Health Harris Methodist Alliance Hospital project under construction in Fort Worth.  Patient Room Headwalls, Patient Room Bathrooms and MEP Distribution Racks were all prefabricated prior to installation in the Hospital. We will discuss the benefits, difficulties and preparation/considerations required when looking at pre-fabrication for a construction project.
