Overview
In partnership with TEXO, Red Angle will host a customized 6-Week Construction Spanish language training program, including 2 live workshops.

Red Angle’s 6-Week Construction Spanish program is (yep—you guessed it) six weeks long and requires only 10 minutes per day. The program includes daily videos sent directly to your email inbox, a book, workbook, audio CD (yep—we have MP3s also), and custom set of flash cards.

Unlike other language programs that will use your valuable time to learn farm animals and fruit, we focus on making Spanish for the construction industry that is relevant, entertaining, and brief.

In addition to the 6-Week Construction Spanish language training program, two (2) workshops will be held at TEXO—one at the beginning of the program, one at the end— to bring the language to life and have fun improving our communication skills.

TEXO members can choose among any of the following custom Red Angle programs:

• Safety Spanish

• Construction Spanish

Outcomes / Objectives
Participants that engage with the content for 10 minutes per day for 6 weeks will learn how to communicate jobsite basics on the job—construction-specific vocabulary, core verbs, and power phrases to begin using immediately. While participants will not be fluent (hey—it’s only 10 minutes per day. It’s not magic.), participants will be able to engage in conversation with Spanish-speakers and learn effective techniques to get out of linguistic trouble when communicating without total fluency.

Target Audience
Anyone who works with or alongside Spanish-speakers on the job and wishes to become a better leader and manager.

Instructor Bio
Bradley Hartmann is the founder of Red Angle, Inc. In his role as President, Hartmann works with the nation's largest general contractors, subcontractors, and construction retailers, helping them build trust with the Hispanic demographic to drive productivity, safety, retention, and sales.   Hartmann's core services include Hispanic strategy facilitation with executive teams, Cultural IQ workshops for leaders at all levels, construction-specific language training (Spanish & English, on-site and digital delivery), and keynote speeches. Hartmann is the author of four books (including Safety Spanish) and hosts Red Angle Radio, the only podcast  dedicated to sharing insights from leaders with first-hand knowledge of Hispanic culture and the Spanish language.  His newsletter, Red Angle Revista, is read by thousands of business leaders each month.

After losing his QB position to Tony Romo in college, Bradley earned a degree in Spanish and lived in Guadalajara, México. He later earned his MBA with Distinction and teaches Safety Spanish at Purdue and Oklahoma State University. And no, he does not find the term ginger offensive.
