This elite program is designed for high-potential professionals on the fast track to leadership roles, equipping them with the tools to expand their influence, accelerate their growth, and elevate their leadership impact.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹:

• Build lasting connections with peers across the construction industry
• Exchange strategies, tackle challenges, and spark new ideas together
• Gain insights from seasoned executive coaches and top-tier speakers

Each year, the programming is customized to align with the topics requested in the new members’ application forms and feedback received from the previous year’s group.

The group is self-led by a steering committee of alumni from the previous year’s cohort who volunteer to remain in the program for a second year to guide the new group and cultivate the vision of EDP moving forward.
