This is a 6-month commitment where participants will:
- Build lasting connections with peers across the construction industry
- Develop skills and confidence to take their teams to the next level
- Understand their leadership identity and values as well as develop stronger communication skills
Who Should Apply:
Mid-level to executive women leaders in construction who currently manage people, projects, budgets, and /or business strategy.
